At Mindful Body Counselling, therapy is not just about talking through problems. It is a space to slow down, to feel supported, and to gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface of your experience.
Together, we begin to understand not only what you’re feeling but why it keeps showing up, and how to begin relating to it differently.

My approach has evolved beyond simply finding solutions.
While practical tools can be helpful, meaningful change often comes from understanding the deeper emotional patterns and nervous system responses that shape how we think, feel, and relate to others.
