About me

Hi, I’m Anna

I work with adults and couples, supporting them to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that can feel difficult to change.

I understand that beginning counselling can feel unfamiliar, sometimes even overwhelming. Sitting across from someone new and allowing yourself to be seen can bring up uncertainty and vulnerability.

Because of this, I place a strong emphasis on creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and genuinely human. A space where you don’t have to present a polished version of yourself, but can begin to explore what’s really going on beneath the surface.

How My Work Has Evolved:

Over time, my work has deepened beyond simply talking through problems.

While insight is important, I’ve found that many of the challenges people face—whether it’s anxiety, disconnection, or relationship difficulties—are shaped by deeper emotional patterns, past experiences, and the way the nervous system has learned to respond over time.

In our work together, we gently bring awareness to these patterns, creating space for something new to emerge.

This may include exploring:

  • recurring emotional or relational patterns

  • the impact of past experiences

  • how your body holds stress or overwhelm

  • how you relate to yourself and others

Each session is guided by you, your pace, and what feels most important.

My Approach:

I believe that meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship.

I aim to show up in a way that is warm, present, and real. At times, this may include lightness or humour, but always with care and intention.

My role is not to “fix” you, but to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself, so that change feels more natural and lasting.
